The class is for men and women of all ages who have the desire and a commitment to improve their physical performance, fitness and health.

Your current level of fitness is not important but you need motivation,  determination and commitment to achieve results.

BOOTCAMP CIRCUITS ARE A GREAT WAY TO GET YOU FIT AND STAY FIT. THE WORKOUTS ARE DESIGNED TO TEST YOUR AEROBIC AND STRENGTH CAPABILITIES AND TO GET YOU TO PUSH YOUR BODY TO THE MAX. YOU WILL BE MOTIVATED BY A FITNESS PROFESSIONAL TO GIVE 100% EFFORT AND BY DOING SO YOU WILL REACH PEAK FITNESS IN A SHORT SPACE OF TIME.
